When I was in my 30’s I was in almost constant pain – back, shoulders, etc. I have learned the very long, hard way, that what we eat (and don’t eat) can play a major role in our pain, energy, sense of wellbeing, and from decades of research, can also help us prevent (never get) most of the diseases which will kill most citizens of affluent countries like the US.
A first step, and the most important step you can make for the rest of you life and that of your loved ones, is to read The China Study.
